Kindly note that for your abstract presentation to be scheduled successfully in the 7th WANS scientific programme, you are required to complete the following items by the stipulated deadlines.

  • All oral presentations are allocated a duration of 15 minutes. Including 10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q&A time.
  • Oral presentations should be presented in English.
  • Please submit your PPT presentation on the abstract submission portal
  • Please download the official PPT template if needed, you may also use your preferred template.

  • Virtual Oral Presenters are required to attend 7th WANS virtual platform for 5 minutes live Q&A.
  • Virtual Oral Presenters are required to do a 10-minutes oral presentation recording. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the presentation recording is within 10 minutes. Authors will be requested to re-record your presentation if it exceeds the stipulated duration.
  • Oral presentations recording should be made in clear English and MUST be recorded with your face and slides together.
  • Please submit your 10 minutes presentation recording on the abstract submission.

  • Please submit your poster presentation in a 1-page IMAGE on the abstract.
  • Please be prepared to print out your poster presentation.

Poster Preparation

  • Please use the official Poster template.
  • Be sure to include the Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
  • Use the headings “Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion/Implications and Keywords” to identify the poster layout
  • Enter your Presenting No. at the upper right corner of the banner. For example, P1-001, P2-002, etc.

Printing Preparation

  • The text of your presentation should be visible from 3 feet away. Therefore, a large font (20 point or larger) for the primary text should be applied for, and an even larger font for headings.
  • DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER to the conference venue but hand carry to the meeting site.
  • Poster presentations will be held on 2F Public Area, TICC.
  • Presenting authors are required to set up the posters during the designed hours using the adhesive tapes provided onsite. No paste, glue, thumbtacks or staples are permitted.
  • Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them at the very end of the poster sessions. Posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
